Processing Times All items are made to order. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days before shipment. Custom or bulk orders may require 7–10 business days, depending on design complexity and inventory.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Local Pickup (Houston, TX) Local pickup is available at no cost. You will receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Custom Apparel & Made‑to‑Order Items Because all apparel is custom-made, production times may vary. If you need an order by a specific date (team events, tournaments, gifts), please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist. Lost packages will be handled case‑by‑case.

Address Accuracy Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once shipped.
